The Trojmezí Museum in Jablunkov, a branch of the Museum of Cieszyn Silesia from Český Těšín, is one of the oldest residential houses in Cieszyn Silesia. The exhibition presents the natural assets and life in the Beskids at the tripoint of Poland, Slovakia and the Czech Republic.
The Andrzej Podżorski Beskid Museum in the centre of Wisła (1 Stellera Street), a branch of the Museum of Cieszyn Silesia located in the building of a former inn with a shingled roof. In the museum, visitors can see an ethnographic exhibition including a highlander's cabin, equipment for working in the forest, in a mountain hut and on a farm, while the enclave of wooden buildings includes, among other things, a peasant's hut, a working fullery, a forge and a former school.
The Habsburg Hunting Lodge moved from the Przysłop glade, now located at 4A Lipowa Street, serves as the headquarters of the Wisła branch of the PTTK, the Beskid Mountain Guides Association and tourist information. In the original building from 1898-1899, visitors can see an exhibition on grouse and Habsburg hunting.
The Ustroń Museum (3 Hutnicza Street) located in the former building of the "Klemens" steelworks founded in 1772 by Prince Albert Casimir of Saxony, Duke of Teschen. In the museum, visitors can learn, among other things, about Ustroń's industrial traditions: metallurgy, forging, machine manufacturing plants and the beginnings of the spa.
The "Na Grapie" Regional Museum in Jaworzynka belongs to the Rucki family and presents the Beskids agricultural and pastoral economy. The mini open-air museum consists of a chimneyless hut, a barn and a forge.
The Jan Wallach Art Museum in Andziołówka in Istebna is a wooden studio of an artist whose European successes earned him a place among the best wood engravers. Inside, visitors can see Jan Wałach's paintings, sculptures and woodcuts, as well as his musical instruments and working tools (1884-1979).
A wooden church next to the Castle – Residence of the President of the Republic of Poland on Zadni Groń, the only original building from the Habsburg times on this site. The Alpine-style church was built in 1909 and contains older furnishings from the Bystřice church, including an altarpiece, paintings and a crucifix from the 17th century.
The Osada na Kwartyrach settlement is made up of original buildings from the Habsburg era, now owned by private individuals. The hamlet consists of a fish hatchery, the "Zum Rackelhahn" Archduke's inn, forestry workers' lodging buildings including a barn and an engineer's house.
The Habsburg economic settlement “At the source of the Vistula river” is a reconstruction of buildings relocated from Zadni Groń and Wątrobne. Inside, you can learn about the economic history of Cieszyn Silesia and Wisła, in particular, the natural resources and traditional methods of wood processing.
Dřevěnky na Borku in Třinec are two original cottages of workers of the Třinec Iron and Steel Works from the 1870s, which were renovated and furnished as part of the project. On site, visitors can see residential interiors from different eras, along with the furnishings of an average workers' house.
The Museum of the Třinec Iron and Steel Works and the City of Třinec in Třinec (Muzeum Třineckých železáren a Města Třince v Třinci, Frýdecká 387) is an establishment adjacent to the still operating iron and steel works, whose origins date back to 1836-1839. In the museum, visitors can learn about the hard work of the workers and the beautiful 19th- and 20th-century products manufactured in the establishment.
The lime kilns in Vendryně (Szymiszów-Osiedle) are two old lime kilns where local rocks were calcinated. The stone kiln is approx. 9 m high and the brick kiln approx. 10 m high. You can take a look inside from a special platform.
Drzewiónka and the wooden church in Nýdek – two wooden buildings: a replica of a cottage from 1848 that was formerly located here and the church of St. Nicholas (formerly Evangelical, now Catholic) from 1576. In the cottage, you can see an exhibition showing life on a rural farm in the 19th and 20th centuries, as well as obtain tourist information.
The museum and sawmill in Dolní Lomná present the processing of wood needed for metallurgical furnaces and for the manufacture of household equipment on mountain farms. The museum is located in a replica of an old wooden school from 1852.
Drzewiónka in Mosty u Jablunkova 381 is a mountain information centre established in 2008 in the renovated 200-year-old wooden house "Na Fojtství". Inside, there is an interactive centre for learning and developing highland customs and crafts, where you can take part in various workshops.
Šance Fortification in Mosty u Jablunkova – a system of wooden and earthen defensive fortifications, developed from the 16th to 18th century to defend the Duchy of Cieszyn against possible Turkish or Hungarian invasions.
